Thomaz Bellucci is a mystery man who poses the first real challenge to fifth seeded Kei Nishikori, a first round loser at Roland Garros last year after making the 4th round in 2013. Nishikori has the speed and endurance to deserve his ranking but it’s time to show some mettle and return to the form that carried him to the US Open finals. With a 31-7 record this season, Kei should move on but Bellucci (16-14) will offer resistance after a strong 1st round performance.
