Next Saturday, 11th of April 2015, a super motivated Arsenal will travel to Lancashire to measure forces with Burnley at Turf Moor for round 32 of the English Premier League.

Can anyone stop this super motivated Arsenal?

The Gunners are really having a good time at EPL and, because of that, they have managed to overcome Manchester City on the second place of table last weekend. The last time Arsenal were defeated was back in the beginning of February at the expenses of their neighbours and rivals of Tottenham at White Hart Lane. From that match onwards, Arsenal embarked on splendid moment that was only interrupted by that tragic home incident against AS Monaco at the Emirates Stadium, which dictated the end of the line for Arsene Wenger’s team at the UEFA Champions League this season.

Last weekend, the Gunners pulled rank and smashed a somewhat fragilized Liverpool that failed  to impose their game against a well organized Arsenal, who scored three times in the first 45’ minutes of the match. Bellerin, Ozil and Sanchez offered the Gunners a comfortable lead before the break and if it wasn’t for some good saves from Mignolet, the half-time score would have certainly been different.

Arsenal appear to be very confident recently, but their confidence will be put to the test next Saturday when they visit Turf Moor, where both Manchester City and Manchester United failed to win this season.

As for Burnley, this will be a crucial match on their Herculean battle against relegation. The Clarets are currently second from bottom with 26 points from 31 matches, but it is fair to say that they aren’t one of the worst team of EPL this season. In fact, the football they usually display tends to be quite entertaining, but the team’s sloppy defence line keeps jeopardizing Burnley’s attacking efforts.

Last weekend, the Clarets didn’t managed to get anything better than a goalless draw against the Spurs, despite having some good opportunities to score.

Given both sides’ recent form, it is more than fair to name Arsenal as firm favourites for the next weekend’s clash.
