Chennai Super Kings defeated Mumbai Indians by a substantial margin of seven wickets in the interesting eliminator. Earlier, the number one team of the tournament, Kings XI Punjab, went down against the determined Kolkata Knight Riders by 28 runs in the qualifier 1. It will be the most important game for both teams and they will do their best for the victory since they are two games away from the crown.

Players to watch

Suresh Raina was the star performer for CSK vs. MI with an unbeaten fifty. David Hussey along with Faf du Plessis assisted him well and Dwayne Smith is in good nick. Mohit Sharma, Ashish Nehra and Ravindra Jadeja are their match winning bowlers.

The supreme batsman of KXIP, Glenn Maxwell, should get back his form whereas David Miller, Virender Sehwag and George Bailey should concentrate on their batting. Akshar Patel, Mitchell Johnson and Rishi Dhawan require bowling accordingly and economically.

  1. CSK's bowling is not too good enough to restrict KXIP power hitters. I'm afraid CSK might loose 3rd match against KXIP as well and get booted out of IPL. The only chance CSK have is to win the toss and chase down whatever KXIP can smash. Good luck for thos who are backing CSK, I gonna back KXIP.
