VenueNehru Stadium, Kochi, Kerala, India

Recently our men in blue have been out touring and suffering humiliation everywhere they went. Kiwis whacked them, Kangaroos humiliated them and even England 2nd rated team manage to serve them bitter taste of defeat. The only consolation for Indian Cricket team was ODI series win toward the very end of their little “adventure of humiliation”.

Dhoni’s men are now back in the comfort of their own home and have been involved into the razzmatazz of CLT20 where he and his team manage to clinched CLT20 title by an overwhelming victory over Narine-less KKR and thus stopping the juggernaut of 14 winning streak. More than half of India’s ODI squad was involved in CLT20 and they are already raring to take on West Indias in their backyard. Good news is that they don’t have to travel far from Bangalore, their victory ground in CLT20 to Kochi, venue of first ODI.

Big reshuffle in Indian camp

R Ashwin has been rested and CLT20 sensation Kuldeep will probably get his first international cap without even playing a single domestic ODI. Stuart Binny, Dhawal Kulkarni, Sanju Samson and Karn Sharma have been left out while Amit Mishra comes in to strengthen India’s already intimidating spin attack. Murali Vijay has also found a place in the squad. I’m not big fan of M Vijay and I would have rather included Robin Utthapa instead who has been in-form throughout IPL and CLT20 2014 and he is a better player at home grounds. Vijay is certainly not a player to pick for ODI and T20, he is good only for the Test. The biggest upset for India will be missing Rohit Sharma who is out of ODI squad due to multiple injuries.

West Indies toothless without Sunil Naraine

Sunil Narine
Sunil Narine absence will haunt West Indies

Clive Llyod’s WICB chairman, decision to withdraw Sunil Naraine from tour will be heartbreaking for them. Narine loves Indian pitches and he spent more time in Indian than he does in WI. Without him and no world class spinner in their arsenal WI will struggle to restrict India’s firing lineup. Sulieman Benn has been included to fill Naraine’s position but will he be able to restrict India?

Good news for WI is that ever fragile Chris Gayle might be available much to tnhe delights of Indian fans though.

We can’t underestimate WI’s fire power though. Look at their batting line up and it’s sufficient to send shiver down the spine of any opposition.

Player to watch out - Suresh Raina

Suresh Raina
Suresh Raina is in great form and he will play crucial role in 1st ODI against West Indies.

CLT20 final says all about the man who is just unstoppable at home grounds. He has been performing for CSK since he joined them and without missing even a single game. He is equally superb in ODI as well and he will be the one who WI will fear most.

Virat Kohli – Will he click finally or it’s beginning of the end of his career?

Kohli didn’t do very well in England’s tour and he has missed action in CLT20. He hasn’t played too much of Cricket and it’s time for him to rise up to the occasion or I fear he will start to slip into the obscurity as there are many equally good players ready to replace him.

Pitch & Ground Report

India has won 6 matches out of 9 ODIs played at Nehru Stadium, Kochi and all of victories have been with huge margins. India have won batting first or bowling first. They have also defeated WI by 6 wickets here once November last year.

Kochi pitch offers something for everything, it helps spinners, medium pacers and fast bowlers as well. It's paradise for batsmen as well, 300+ score is common. India has successfully chased down 300+ score.

Weather

Weather during this time of year doesn’t look too good in South India. Thunderstorm is predicted and mach might be affected partially if it’s not going to be a complete washout.

India’s Team – my pick from the squad
MS Dhoni (capt & wk), Shikhar Dhawan, Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Ambati Rayudu, Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, Amit Mishra, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Shami, Kuldeep Yadav

West Indies team (probable)

Dwayne Bravo (capt), Darren Bravo, Jason Holder, Leon Johnson, Kieron Pollard, Denesh Ramdin (wk), Ravi Rampaul, Kemar Roach, 10 Andre Russell, Darren Sammy, Marlon Samuels, Lendl Simmons, Dwayne Smith, Jerome Taylor

Prediction

India should win this match comfortably however watch out of West Indian firepower and if any one of them gets going then that will be defeat parade for Indians.

  2. munna bhai detailed prediction plz.

  3. Good analysis but you have underestimated West Indies a lot. I agree they are not at their best but look at that batting power. Benn, Bravo and Rampaul are not bad in bowling at all. All of them have been in action in India for past few weeks in CLT20. West Indies, unlike KKR, without Sunil Naraine still have good bowling squad. I think it will be a 50-50 match and only brilliance of one or two individuals from either side will turn the result in their favour.

  4. Guys my bookie got arrested ... Can any one pls tell me do I need to worry about it...? I mean I hope it dose not create a problem for me :(

    • Dude! Why do you guys mess with underground bookies when there is perfectly legit way to bet on any UK based online bookmakers? He will be searched and if feds find your details then you might have to worry. First thing first run and go underground without wasting a sec. Run as far as you can. Go to some remote place in UP or Bihar or cross border from Gorakhpur and enter Nepal. Once cops get you then your done for rest of your life. Next think of saving your arse. Ponder on the past events and figure out if bookie has your details with him? If not then no need to worry but still be underground. If he has your details then keep a good lawyer ready who can get you bail without delay. Next keep shit load of money for worst case scenario. Once you are caught in the web of fucking cops and equally fucked up Indian judiciary then only Gandhi can help you out.

If you ran out of your luck and feds get you then bribe them immediately before they drag you inside the system.

Good luck mate, learn lesson and play safe!

      • Munna Bhai your awaiting your indepth analysis for this match. I am eagerly awaiting to put my wager on this . Need your suggestion

Should i put more amount than i normally do since i had put less in the CL 20 final and todays T20 between aus-pak since wanted to play safe.

Are the match start odds given do justice 1.36 given to west indies

and finaly which other sports do you bet and do u have your own blog ?

        Regards,
        Vivek

        • Are you betting with fixed odds or trading on BETFAIR.com?

1.36 is not the odds which you want to enter the market. If you keep on putting your money on 1.36 sort of odds then you will never make money. It might sound safe but as you know just wait for few overs and you can get much better odds depending on how match progresses.

To give you some example. Let's assume Dhoni lost the toss, WI would be more than happy to put India to bat. Indians batting at home will be raring to go after weak WI attack since he beginning. Murali is donkey slow wait for him to get out if Rahane is not with him. If Rahane is playing then he is attacking and he will start hitting boundaries as soon as he sets in. WI has no pace in their bowling and they will not be able to restrict Rahane. Wait and watch and try to predict the outcome. If India looses few wickets early in quick succession then this would be the best time to enter market in trade. Place back bet on India as soon as odd hits 1.7+ and keep backing as it keep going up. But make sure that India is not on the course of a collapse. If you see collapse coming then stop and wait again. So your aim is to back India with as high odds as possible and as early as possible. Anything above 1.5 is good.

Now take other scenario. Dhoni wins toss he will put WI to bat. Indian seamers will choke WI to death unless some of them start firing. If Gayle fires then he will keep going after them till he gets out. Keep backing India as odds go up with each of Gayle's colossal sixes. Unless WI are on the course of 400+ score keep backing India. India will chase down any score.

If you are trading on BF then keep laying the odds to green up to avoid any losses should match goes berserk.

Sorry mate, I'm wondering yogi, I just stop by to help those who need me. I don't have any personal blog or social presence.

Keep an eye on odds movement on BF and I'm sure you are smart enough to figure out how to milk money out of this "Kamdhenu". We Indians are born gamblers so it should not take you more than a day to figure out BF.

          Good luck!

          • Thanks Bhai for the insight, i do trade but i put some amount at the start also in matches like this (india-westindies first odi) ,sometimes u don't get anything like this match today (pak-aus ODI). In this reply you talked about keep laying the odds to green. Is it always possible to do that? and also is laying should be looked upon everytime or at times when u can have favorable outcomes at lesser risks while laying.Just if u can help me with the concept of laying first and backing then . Since at times it can backfire also.

      • Sir,
I want to play through betfair.

But i dont know how my indian bank account will work for this.

Please suggest me with possible ways

        Yours Friendly
        VKT

        • Don't use your bank account dude. Think why not to use bank account? Legally betting is not allowed in India but it's tolerated when you do it online. Indian banks might not let you use your bank account for satta. Use NETELLER, skrill, paypal etc or such eWallets which are specifically exist for sattabazi. And when you do it online keep it discreet don't go around bragging about it.

Do some homework by yourself, I can teach you how to walk but it's you who will do the actual walking. I gave you pointer rest you should figure out on your own.

  5. munna vhai report plz

  6. @Vivek
There are many strategies and it all boils down to your personal comfort. I always play safe. First rule of trading is that you should never lose money no matter what. Minimize risk and keep doing green ups as soon as you can. Ask yourself would you rather risk £1000 waiting for unpredictable event to happen or green up now and loose nothing plus some profit. In trading you don't make a lot of money in less time but you make small profits each time and keep repeating it with every match without loosing any money. If you try to take risk and wait for long time then you will end up losing all your profit which is basically same as gambling.

Coming back to your question regarding greening up at every event. Yes you should do it. In Cricket one of the most popular strategy is to green up after every wicket and start over again. Wicket fall is sure to shorten the odds of bowling side and push up odds of batting side.

If both side are equal (e.g. 1.83 odds for each at the start) then feel free to back team batting. Keep laying them while they keep hitting boundaries and when wicket falls back them to green up. But make sure that batting side is not on a run fiesta or else you end up laying batting side a lot which will end up on winning side and you lose. This clandestine fall of wickets or ball flying in the crowd is the situation you have to be very cautions with.

In order to get maximum out of laying the batting side keep laying in progression. i.e. with every 2 or 4 ticks double the previous bet amount. In this way you will green up easily when wicket falls. If you keep laying with same amount then when wicket falls you will end up well below green line and would wonder what went wrong.

If you are not comfortable laying the strong side then you can start backing it first and when you see some considerable profit lay to green up. E.g. if India is batting first and Raina just came it. he hits his first six and he is looking dangerous. What would you do? Back Indian side and enjoy Raina's sixes. Keep an eye on the lay odds. With every six it will be down by 6 ticks or so. And within an over you will end of a very healthy profit. Green it up and move on to next step.

Worst case scenario is when one side start to dominate and they are unstoppable. E.g. you backed India and Gayle cuts lose. It doesn't happen but you can't forget his carnage in Bangalore in IPL can you? So he cuts lose and you keep backing India by backing India and after 3-4 overs you realize India might be heading towards loss. That's the time when you stop backing India and wait when India takes control of the situation. Gayle gets out and 2-3 more wickets later India is back in control.

If things don't go quite well in the first half then wait for the beginning of second half and try to green up there or cashout with a profit.

The worst of all trading is to carry on trading towards the end of match, That is nightmare. Imagine this last ball India needs 6 runs and Dhoni is on strike. You have two options either to cashout with a loss of £100 or wait and let Dhoni deposit ball in the crowd and win £100. What would you do? Exciting isn't it? It's exciting to watch but when your hard earned money is on stake then you will literally sweat.

I once placed a bet of £2 for Marsh to not hit 6 @ odds of 50 or something on the last ball for just for fun. You know the history. He hit six. I lost £2 but it was worth risking £2 in the anticipation of earning £100.

Another example. In today's T20 match Pak v Aus. I layed Aussies when at half time with £1k @ 1.04. Liability was just £40. even they just had to score less than 100 I knew that there will be hiccups and few wickets will fall, Aus odds will shoot up towards 1.1 or more and then I'll cash out with some profit. It did happen as I predicted. Maxwell was on fire taking away the match but few wickets and odds went up 1.1. I cashed out with some profit. This is the situation where you milk money out of BF in a dead market. Worth risking £40 in such situations.

Keep learning but don't lose. If you are not confident then do a dry run and note down odds @ various events. You will get hang of it very soon.

Other sports suck. Football is bloody the worst. Cricket is the best. Tennis is like Cricket but odds movements are too quick. Horse racing is something worth trying but you will need software for this.

    • Betfair me kaise bet laga sakta hu or kya ye safe hai???

      • Betfair safe hai bhai, kitani baar bola meine. Dil khol ke lagao.

    • Thanks Munna Bhai for having such a good explanation and trading insights on Betfair. Even though i have got a basic nick of it there are many aspects which can only come through practice and patience , also instincts play an important role too.
Also all the strategies you have mentioned as examples are easy to read and many would think to execute too, but it would need lot of experience and dedication like you have. Its like you have to develop your own skills learning from experienced ones
I would request you to share more knowledge about this trading concept which is very new to most of the guys here.
Also i find your pre match analysis very useful with good insights. Just request you to be here on this site if its not possible for you to share details, since to loose contact would be a much bigger loss for me and other guys here.

      With Regards,
      Vivek

  7. who will win sure?

  8. Thank u munna bhai.i won yesterday. U r too good.wi vs india will be onesided or odds may improve.please predict

  9. Hi Guys,
I'm back with my predictions. Murali has already covered pre-match analysis, I have nothing more to add except the fact that WI team has been mauled by India A team twice. Though it was 75% of full WI team but still getting mauled by 2nd tier team is humiliating experience.

India will win first ODI. India will also win ODI series. India will be always favourite in this series. However once or may be twice India will choke and loose max 2 matches in this series but ultimately they will have series in their pocket. Be prepared to take one or two losses. I'll always predict India to win throughout the entire series including Test matches and T20.

1st ODI will not be so one sided, WI will put up some fight.

    ====== Predictions ==========
    Match: India will win
Score: 255+ WI batting first, India will chase down
275+ if India bats first, chase nahi hoga
Toss: Always back Dhoni to win toss

  15. Here is my next free tip for making loads of money without any risk. This tip is guaranteed to make you profit no matter what are the match results. All you need to do is to make sure that you have sufficient bank balance to last longer till you hit the jackpot. You also need patience. This tip has never failed and it will never fail.

This is fixed odds bet so you don't to mess up your brain with exchange trading back/lay stuff.

First thing first, you need the best bookmaker to place this bet.
PaddyPower offers best odds for this market and good news is this market doesn't disappear as match progresses. On the other bookmaker sites this market disappears. If you try this on other online bookmakers and if they close this market then you will be left hanging like "Trishanku" in the middle of nowhere with a loss.

This highly profitable market in Cricket is the "Method of Dismissal" market.

I'll take example of this India v WI 1st ODI match which you can find on this link - India v WI 1st ODI Match odds @ PaddyPower.

Scroll down towards the middle of the page or search for "Method of 1st Dismissal". You will see various method of dismissal listed there with their respective odds. If you look at the odds you will instantly figure out why they are so. Most common method of dismissals in any for of Cricket is caught and hence the lower odds. Any other dismissal method such as "obstruction" occurs rarely. I happened recently in IPL 2014 when tree trunk Yusuf Pathan was given out for obstructing the fielder. If you had bet £1000 on that then you would have won about £200,000. But such is rarity of this happening that you this chance will come may once in your lifetime. So "Other" method of dismissal if not our interest. We Indians are impatient bunch we want to make money fast and move up the social ladder. So here is the fastest way to make instant money.

You see the odds for "Caught (not bowler)" which is 1.53 at the time of writing this secret tip. It normally hovers around 1.5 and it is almost always 1.53 one day before the schedule. This odds looks pity, if you bet £1000 you earn only £530 profit with a risk of £1k. So would you bet on this? Probably not.

Hang on don't get discouraged. I didn't tell the secret yet.

Here is what you do. Start with a small bet on "Caught (not bowler)", and wait for 1st wicket. If it's caught then you win and go celebrate. If it's not caught then don't jump in front of Rajdhani Express instead bet on 2nd dismissal and bet with an amount which will cover loss for 1st wicket and also makes you profit. If you loose on 2nd wicket as well then repeat previous step for 3rd wicket. Keep repeating it till you hit the jackpot when the dismissal is caught.

It is very rare to find a match without any caught dismissal. And if it doesn't happen in a match then carry it over to the next match and keep going till you find the G-spot ;)

Now you will get excited and start to think one step ahead of me. You would say hang on Munna Bhai. Why to bet on caught with 1.53 odds, why not bet on bowled with odds of 5?

Well you are right you can bet on that too and apply my formula there as well but how many wickets are bowled in a match?

In today's match between Pak and Aus there were just 2 bowled and 13 caught. So who would you bet on? Caught or Bowled. You do the math and find out profits. If you do the maths then you will see that if you blindly bet on caughts then at the end of match you will be richer by 14 times. A bet of £1000 would have fetched you about £14k at the end of match if you had bet £1000 on each wicket. Whereas if you had bet on bowled or any other market you would have lost a lot.

As you can see betting om caughts is completely risk free. The only thing you need to think advance is to have enough money to last as long as it takes to find that sweet spot. You might loose in few matches but you will not be loosing for long, sooner you will see money raining.

I followed this strategy in all IPL matches this year and ultimately made good profit. A series offers best opportunity to bet on this market as you will have stats ready for you and you can predict it well in advance.

Just don't get too greedy and keep betting on all matches blindly in the anticipation that caughts will be always outsmart other form of dismissals. I've done extensive analysis of the stats in the all forms of Cricket and the conclusion is that if you bet blindly in all matches then you will not be making a lot of money.

That's all for today folks! I hope you prosper with this secret.

Start tomorrow with a visit to Ganesha temple and let's back our blues brothers to win the match.

    • I did not understand. In one statement you are saying to increase the bet for 2nd wicket onwards and in another statement you said to bet blindly on caughts without increasing the bet. plz explain what is the correct strategy here?

    • Hi Munna Bhai,

Thank you for all what you have done to help people and keep doing!

Really surprising to see you share your wealth of knowledge for the good of people.

Hope you will continue doing this...

  16. Thanks manna bai yesterday I got little Profit after long time . After following u.one request plz explain with simple to understand l don't know the market.l lost money without knowing about. after seeing you I got confident so plz tell where to get and where to out for trading

  17. where is our raju bhai i am waiting boss for ur predication

  18. Update your predictions after the toss in every match munna bhai please

  19. Munna Bhai....WI players to strike pe chale gaye.......loss kar gaye hamara

    • You forgot the rule, don't bet until match starts. Itani jaldi kya thi satta lagane ki? Strike is not yet confirmed. If WI players go on strike BCCI will screw them as they don't want to loose money. I'm sure they will come to some sort of compromise and after this when the match starts WI morale will be low so it will be India's advantage.

      • Nahi Bhai bet nahi place kari hai, mera kehne ka matlab ye tha agar aaj ka match cancel hota hai to oppourtunity loss ho jayegi

  20. Munna Bhai in the strategy for caught dismissal you said about not to go blindly at every match and think caughts will outsmart other dismissals. But then the dilemma is how to identify it , the matches since its very difficullt, you tend to apply this strategy every match and wherein you have loss initially you will try to cover it up as soon as possible. This strategy is totally foolproof as it seems i find the catch is that you said not to go overborad with it. Please guide.

    • Look at the previous records at the same ground involving the same teams or one or another team to find out method of dismissals. More or less it follows a pattern. Based on that you can go for either incremental stakes covering losses or just betting on all wickets for caughts. If caughts dominate on that pitch then bet on caughts for each wickets. If caughts are less than go for incremental betting and get out as soon as you are in profit during the match.

  21. Kya india chase kar payeg??

  22. Score ka prediction pass. As I said India should have played that mystery spinner Kuldeep. Anyways pitch is good for batting and WI doesn't have any specialist bowler to restrain India. India should chase down 350 score easily.

    • OK bhai am go with u

    • Your prediction will not come true. Chasing 321 will be daunting task for India. Pitch looks good for batting but 321 is by far too much to ask for. I agree with you that WI don't have quality bowlers but they have plenty of slow and medium pacers who are well capable of restricting India while picking wicket. You need 2 or 3 Indian batsmen scoring over 50 and at least one of them should score 100. I don't have much hope from Dhawan and Rahane. Both will last as far as 30s or 40s. Kohli is rusty and he might need some time to get back in the form. Who else is left? Raina & Dhoni only. Jadeja jhandu balm hai chala to chala nahi to India ko le dubega. Kaun banayega 321 runs? Yeh test match nahi hai to tailenders Kumar aur Shami ke bharose India nahi jitane wali.

Bhai tumhari to aaj waat lagne wali hai!

      • Das Babu kahan gaye bandhu. India is on right track. Shuruat dhang se ho gayi, Rahane mood me hai. Everything is going as I predicted and planned in my own betting strategy.

        • Rahane gone, ab kya karega tu?

        • Kohli bhi gaya wapas pavilion me. Kahan hai tu munna bhai?

  23. TodaY who will win ???

  24. 321 is highest score on this ground. India has chased down 302 but chasing 321 will require monumental effort from all batsmen. Chase nahi hoga.

  25. No need to panic yet. WI ne Diwali nahi manai. All runs were scored with much ease. So if a team like WI can score 321 easily against a relatively strong bowling line up then why can't India, a batting powerhouse, score 322 at their own backyard? Stats only tell half of the truth. Stats are meant to be broken, may be it will be broken today!

As far as my trading is concerned I've already greened up and waiting for India's 10 overs to hit jackpot or exit with already earned profit.

Those who have been with me backing India needs to have confidence in India. If India can't win this match then who the hell we are suppose to back?

    • Raina jam gaya to kuch hope hai nahi to India mushkil me pad jayega. Yeh weather forecast ka kya hua? Aaj to barish hone wali thi? D/L laga to India ka chance hoga.

    • Munna bhai Jackpot bole aap bhai hindi me batao na plzzzz

      • Jackpot bole to lottery lag gayi. Hindi me bole to Ganesh ji ki kripa ho gayi. Laxmi jo ghar me aa gayi. Matlab profit jyada hoga agar theek se satta lagaya to.

        • Thanx

          Bhai

  26. Le bhai Rahane shuru ho gaya. 10 over tak tik gaya to adha kaam yahi kar jayega.

  27. WI ki bowling tight hai, dono batsmen pressure me hain. Dhwan jane wala hai jaldi hi.

  28. WI ko back karne walon, India solid hai, run rate bhi theek thak hai.

  29. Munna bhai you still think India can come out of this mess? 87/4
We don't have a batting line up such as WI.

    • I'll still back India. Jab tak Dhoni hai tab tak India nahi haar sakti. I've already traded out after 10 overs at BF as I said. Still in profit irrespective of match result.

  30. munna bhai what still india will win or I will cover the lost plz reply

  31. gayi India aaj to.
Those who lost money need not to disappoint. We will recover it in next match. See you guys for the next match.

    • Kabhi kabhi nahi lagana bhi profit hi hota hai Munna Bhai....aapki tarah Champ to hoon nahi jo green kar paoon jaldi se...isliye wait kiya India ko lay karne ke liye...par mauka hi nahi mila...last me bach hi gaya....nahi to pakka ghusta aaj....

    • Haan munna bhai cvr karna jaruri hai

  32. Kya hua sare tipser ki wat lag gayi

  33. Wi ko to jitana hi tha
